If your mail list is handled on our newest server (securely accessed at https://mega.charlesworks.com), CLICK HERE to access and deal with your mail list (and your email there).
Otherwise, follow these steps:
First, you get to your web mail in your favorite web browser :
http://zeta.charlesworks.com (this is webmail)
and fill in the required information:
your-email@your-domain-name.whatever
your-password
Select “Options” in left column
Select “MDaemon Settings” (about half way down the options page)
In left column of page, Select “domains”
Select “lists” on WebAdmin page
Select “members”
From here you may enter new names and email addresses.
To edit an email address, you will need to “unsubscribe” the address and the “re-subscribe” the corrected version to the list.
To send email to the list:
Fully prepare your email in your favorite client or in an html editor and move the finished email to your client – or into a program like Microsoft Publisher that will allow you to send the finished file as an email when completed.
Mail the email to your list name (e.g., News@yourdomain.com).
That’s it! CharlesWorks servers then do all the work.
