In your web browser, enter the URL as shown in the graphic below (for example, http://mail.charlesworks.com):

You should see which of the three CharlesWorks web mail interfaces is being used for your domain name. Regardless of what it looks like, just enter your entire email address (which is also referred to as your email username) and your password (remember it is case sensitive).

Each of our email servers in use have an excellent HELP system available there that can answer nearly every question about the webmail available on the email server handling your email account.
